The pilot took place at TSC Slovakia, a leading facility management provider in Central Europe. The innovation? A "Smart Work Assistant" that combines artificial intelligence, Samsung smartwatches, and Microsoft Teams.
Cleaning staff received Samsung Galaxy smartwatches running WristPlanner — our AI technology that recognizes work activities from wrist movement.
The system automatically detected cleaning tasks: mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, restocking supplies. It tracked how long each activity took. And it sent real-time updates to Microsoft Teams, where supervisors could see task completion as it happened.
No manual input. No end-of-day paperwork. No scanning barcodes or pressing buttons.
Cleaning teams simply did their jobs. The AI handled the reporting.
